Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain their wants or needs
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout entire selling process
- Work with customers to reach their goal of vehicle ownership via effective communication in person, online or over the phone
- Advocate all steps of the sale, such as vehicle appraisal, test drives and finance application process
- Follow up with customer after delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Become and remain knowledgeable about all company products and services
- Present and carry yourself with high level of professionalism
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to gain rapport among customers
- Ability to sell company products in professional manner while striving for top customer satisfaction
- A strong motivation to succeed while maintaining honesty and integrity
- Prior automotive sales experience helpful but not required, will train motivated individuals who are willing to learn!
