"The service department here is amazing, they always finish on or before promised times with regular updates on status. My tire was recently damaged on the highway. I was panicked due to the limited recommended speeds and distances on the smaller spare. Keith explained what I needed to do in the short term and was able to order my new tire and replace within a few days. The waiting area was closed due to Covid and Keith knew I had no where to wait, so he got my car right in upon arrival with a quick turn around and regular updates. Six months ago we had to find a new vehicle. No high sales pressure. Representative took the time to understand what we were looking for and presented us with an many options. Very happy with the purchase. What's more, the Monroney sticker was torn so a replacement was reprinted for us.
Fast forward to the present. Had to install an accessory on the new vehicle. We've been taking the old Volvo for service here for > 15 years and Mike R was great. Now, with the new name and personnel change, we weren't sure what to expect. Russ O. and Rick R. gave their 110% toward making sure the vehicle was ready on time, giving us the benefit of the doubt on the corporate issued discount coupon, and even gave it a wash!
